Regent O’Hare Industrial Center and Business Center

The Regent O’Hare Industrial and Business Center properties consist of eight warehouse and flex space industrial buildings totaling nearly 1,000,000 square feet (93,000 m2). The properties are located one mile west of O’Hare International Airport, in the city of Elk Grove Village, Illinois, with excellent access to the interstate highways. The buildings accommodate customer spaces ranging in size from 60,000 square feet (5,600 m2) to 2,500 square feet (230 m2). The buildings have a variety of loading options including interior and exterior truck loading docks and drive in doors. Truck access and automobile parking are also well accommodated at all buildings.
